Your first fitness class with us is free!


Single class – $10

Monthly pass – $30

First fitness class is free.
For the monthly pass, you can come to as many classes as you want.
Men and women of all ages are welcome.


Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm

Jumping Grip Socks (required) $2

Gravity Aerobics

With routines set to high-energy music, you’ll be led in a series of trampoline exercises to improve your flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles, and give your cardiovascular system a workout.

This class is SO much fun! You’ll be amazed at how quickly the time flies by.

Open to men and women of all ages. Suited for all fitness skill levels.
Duration: 1 hour
